In the meeting, they were trying to pin employee retention on only managers. My manager flowed that up to some sort of BGS functional meeting and it got HR attention. I wrote a great email that I had my HR Fiancé check for me a few times. I was looking at jobs outside the company immediately. I was honestly shocked and my manager actually apologized a few times since she mentioned it was all higher leadership would let her do. I was only offered a little over 2k for the raise.
